You can't beat me in Gears 1, Black Ops, or Madden unless you play dirty (even then it will be close). I am a beast with the Gnasher, average about 325 score/min with a 2.5 k/d in tdm (the only game mode worth playing, s&d is for boosters), and I play fair in Madden (seems like I'm the only one though).
